Additional info: the house was designed in the style of art brut, built of cast concrete without bricks and tiles. Around the house are 4 olive trees that are 250 years old, and palms. In front of the house there is a mold that is 4 meters deep, built for the future installation of the pool. The basement has 3 parking spots (130m2) with a commercial space (23m2 with direct entrance from the street) and a generator spot (6m2). The ground floor is constructed with round walls, barisol translucent ceiling, black bamboo parquet and handmade furniture made out of full black wood. The roof terrace has a solar panel and a seaview - a summer kitchen could be built. The ceiling has installations for "smart house" system and air conditioning.
