The villa is newly built and was completed in 2020. Its architecture combines traditional Mediterranean elements with modern luxury, featuring a stone façade, wrought-iron balconies, and large windows offering spectacular views of the Bay of Kotor and Mount Lovćen.

The villa is located in a historic fishing village rich in history and character. The village is one of several state-protected historic areas in Montenegro. Walking through its narrow streets, guests can step back in time, surrounded by old stone houses and picturesque courtyards.

Surrounded by lush green hills, the villa’s spacious garden features lavender and rosemary bushes, palm trees, laurel and olive trees, as well as green lawns. One of the villa’s main highlights is the private pool area, offering stunning views of the sea and mountains, where guests can cool off during warm summer days. The stone barbecue area is perfect for enjoying culinary specialties and spending time outdoors.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area with a living room, modern glass fireplace, elegant furniture, local artwork, a sound system, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen and dining area for 8 people are located next to the living room. A separate office is also available on the ground floor.

Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, each featuring a sea-view balcony, king-size beds that can be separated into twin beds upon request, air conditioning, a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, blackout curtains, mosquito nets, a safe, and a private bathroom. A baby cot is also available.

Car rental services are available at Tivat Airport. The bus station is located 400 meters from the villa, near a grocery store. Pool and garden maintenance are included in the monthly rental price of the villa.
