Montenegro Highway

The Highway Princess Ksenija, opened in July 2022, is one of the largest infrastructure investments in Montenegro, with 900 million euros invested. The highway is one of the sections of the wider project that will connect the port city of Bar in the south of Montenegro with the north of Montenegro. In the future, the highway in Montenegro will connect to highway in Serbia, and further to the European network of corridors in cental and southeast Europe. That will contribute to better road connection of the entire region. Strategically, this is of great importance for the development of business and tourism in Montenegro, primarily because as a destination, Montenegro will be better accessible by road.
